To maintain our compliance and operational standards, refunds or reshipments will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • You ordered the incorrect medication or dosage by personal mistake.
  • You no longer require the medication after it has already been shipped.
  • Delivery failed because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided during checkout.
  • You repeatedly missed the delivery attempts or failed to collect the package from the carrier’s local holding facility.
